WILL CALL DELIVERY SERVICE
As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank level and placing your order before you run low. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.
Delivery Times
- 
Standard: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
 - 
Winter (Nov–Mar): During the heating season, deliveries may take up to 10 business days as we work safely through higher demand and manage possible weather challenges.
 
When to Order
- 
Order at 30% on your tank gauge
 - 
Order earlier (40–50%) if you have a small tank or during winter months
 
Winter Delivery Prep
- 
Clear, obstacle-free path wide enough for our truck; keep driveways and walkways free of snow, ice, and debris.
 - 
Mark your tank with a flag or marker above snowbanks, especially for underground tanks.
 
WILL CALL TERMS & FEES
We want to keep your home comfortable all year long.
During the busy winter heating season, weather and high demand can impact delivery times, so it is best to allow up to 10 business days to help ensure you never run too low during the colder months.
As a Will Call customer, a $150 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service, and as required by regulation, you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots.
If your tank is less than 10% and requires a special delivery during business hours, an additional $75 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery.
If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, an additional $200 After Hours charge will be assessed at the time of delivery.

UPGRADE TO AUTOMATIC DELIVERY SERVICE
To avoid the safety risk, inconvenience, and possible extra fees that can occur during an out-of-gas situation, we encourage all Will Call customers to consider upgrading to Automatic Delivery.
CURRENT WILL CALL CUSTOMERS MAY USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST A REFILL.

- If your tank gauge reads 5% or lower, it is considered OUT OF GAS. Please contact our office by telephone immediately for assistance.
 
 - DO NOT use this form if your tank is less than 20% full.
